All of my presentations for this trip have now canceled or switched to online starting on this Friday. I am doing my last presentation at Volokolamsk Diocese missions conference tonight and going straight to the airport from there in the morning.
I am so sorry that my teaching schedule was cut short this time! I will have to trust God to use these trying circumstances, as only He knows what is best.
The school in Kaliningrad, where I was scheduled to teach fourth and tenth grade students, even insisted that I come anyway–but I didn’t want them to get in trouble with authorities and, sadly, reset my visit with them to early May.
It was a very good couple of weeks anyway with teaching and training events in Moscow and Kuzbass. I will be back soon!
While in Moscow, I signed a contract with Prosveschenie Publishing House to write another public schools textbook on “Christian Culture” for the fifth grade this year. It will be something for me to do between the trips…
Please join me in praying for the people I was unable to see, that God will protect them and preserve them until I am able to return. Also please pray for my safe (and timely) return home, and for no health or travel complications.
