Shipping and handling quoted costs at the time of order are estimates only. If the shipping amount changes, we will contact you for authorization of the new amount.
FaithSearch International encourages the responsible use of credit cards. We offer the opportunity to make a purchase or donate by credit card as a convenience to those who manage their finances in this way.
We accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards for online orders. If you wish to pay by check, order in writing and remit payment to our office. When the check clears, we will ship the order.
Processing Your Order
Mailing List: When you place an order, we automatically add you to our mailing list to receive letters from FaithSearch. FaithSearch does not sell, loan, or give information from our mailing list to any other companies or organizations.
If you would like us to add or remove you from our mailing list, please E-mail your request (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide your full name and address.

Cancellation: Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled. You may call us at (952) 401 4501 Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Central), to arrange returning the order.
FaithSearch stands behind all our ministry resources and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
We will replace or refund defective products, products damaged in shipping, incorrect products, or products that don’t meet your expectations in accordance with the following stipulations:
- Please do not initiate a chargeback with your financial institution as our ministry incurs fees for this and it tarnishes our financial record.
- Please contact us regarding any issues with your order. You may contact us at email@example.com or by calling direct (952) 401-4501 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Central), Tuesday thru Thursday.
- Please make sure you package your return securely; also include in the return your contact information and the reason for the return.
- Shipping costs are not refunded except in cases where we made a shipping error.
- Returns are processed within 5‑7 business days of the package receipt at our office and funds will be reimbursed according to the original payment method.
- Returns must be received within 60 days of the date the original order shipped.
