On March 14, for the second time in just over a week, the International Space Station (ISS) had to perform an avoidance maneuver to prevent a collision with space junk. Former incidents caused the cancellation of spacewalks and forced astronauts to take shelter. As spaceflight increases globally, low Earth orbit is becoming crowded with satellites and space junk. 

There is an estimated 400 million metric tons of plastic waste generated globally each year. Help may be on the way. Scientists at the University of Cambridge have pioneered a solar powered reactor for converting waste into fuels: not only plastic but also the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide.

• Oleg’s next mission trip to Russia is scheduled for May. We praise the Lord that many exciting ministry opportunities are open to him. He has also been invited by another ministry to teach in Uzbekistan this summer. We are praying that it will result in new ministry connections to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. 
• Don continues to teach three Bible classes each week in Arizona. He completed a six-part series on the Holy Spirit and is currently doing a seven-part series on a Friend to Friend evangelism plan for individuals and churches. The FREE online Bible Learning Center is scheduled to open by April 15. Watch for an E-mail announcement.
• FaithSearch continues to invite all our Friends to join us in obeying two of the passions of Jesus: “Tell everyone about Me everywhere” and “Feed My sheep.” We are offering our evangelism and discipleship publications FREE to anyone who will use them for those purposes in Sunday Schools, home Bible groups, home schooling, office gatherings, etc.
