FaithSearch International is a donor-supported Christian ministry; an interdenominational, not-for-profit religious entity [organzied and approved under provision 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code]. As such, all donations to FaithSearch are tax deductible to the full extent of IRS regulations. The FaithSearch policy on donated funds is, first and foremost, to be a good steward with what God has entrusted us with. Therefore, FaithSearch also abides by the guidelines of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). Read their report here.
Checks should be made out to “FaithSearch.” We also process donations through Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® credit cards. Donations are accepted at our office, at our events, by mail, by phone, and online.
FaithSearch policy on donated funds is that contributions are solicited with the understanding that FaithSearch has complete control over the use of all donated funds. In addition, the FaithSearch board directors-approved policy is that all gifts designated for a specific project or staff member be applied as designated, with up to ten percent used for administrative and donation services expenses. For budgeted projects, occasionally we receive more contributions for a given project than we can wisely apply to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.
It is our policy to meet the needs God lays before us, so that Christ is lifted up and the Gospel with evidence is advanced.
