The Clark family’s beloved cat, Galena, had mysteriously disappeared.
A week of intense searching in their Utah neighborhood was unsuccessful. Then the family received a surprising call from a Los Angeles veterinarian who had just scanned Galena’s microchip.
As it turned out, a California-based Amazon warehouse worker had found Galena inside an oversized box of goods which the Clarks had packed and returned. Apparently, the cat had hidden in the box before the Clarks sealed it up and shipped it back to Amazon.
The feline lived in the box for six days before it was discovered. The Clarks booked a flight to reunite with their pet.
