The Mighty Works of God: Great Moments in History – INSPIRATION

The rejection of the existence of God (apostasy) is a developing reality today. Is God to blame for not making Himself known – is it God’s fault? Hardly! The prophets and the apostles put into print, for everyone to know, the many works that God has done throughout history – with some prophesied yet to come. The Psalmist (40:5 NKJV) declared: “Many, O Lord my God, are Your wonderful works which You have done… If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.” This class puts the spotlight on fifteen of these in four categories: God’s Revelation, God’s Redemption, God’s Providence, and God’s Kingdom. These works reveal God’s purpose and plan for His creation and for our lives. Faith in God’s existence will be strengthened and any uncertainty or fear of the future removed. New insights will be gained as you accept the Psalmist’s invitation: “Come and see the works of God…” Psalm 66:5
