Esther Keim is known as the “turkey bomber.” She went the extra mile to serve up a Thanksgiving meal to the disadvantaged.
In Alaska there are people living in cabins which are isolated from civilization. This past Thanksgiving Esther bought thirty turkeys, put them in plastic bags, and dropped them near these homes from her single-engine airplane. She says her aim is not perfect, but that she has “never hit a house, a person or a dog.”
