This is a brief report on what has been going on recently in the FaithSearch ministry world.
Russian Ministry
Oleg will focus his ministry in February and March on the European side of the Russian Federation, in cities like Moscow and Belgorod. Since the centralized government educational institutions are only beginning to open for in-person teaching, about 75% of Oleg’s events will be in Orthodox church settings, as they are opening faster. Evangelical churches in Russia are portrayed as “Western agents” and blamed for spreading the virus. As a result, they are very limited in their ministry capabilities now.
BREAKING NEWS: Oleg has recovered after testing positive for COVID-19. After a delay for quarantine and recovery, he was medically approved for travel, and began his ministry trip to Russia. Please keep him and his family in your prayers.
Domestic Ministry
Adrian is focused on weekly in-person instruction of elementary and middle-school youth, providing the reasons supporting their Christian faith. He has a monthly Gospel illusion training presentation for high school and college students.
He is the co-host of Dr. Don’s weekly Facebook® LIVE presentations in defense of the Christian faith. Adrian is upgrading the FaithSearch Web site and posting there all of Dr. Don’s LIVE sessions, as well as written Bible studies and apologetic presentations.
Dr. Don continues his presidential responsibilities and active evangelism, Bible teaching, and apologetic writing. He is the author of the bi-monthly Paraclete and this Happ‑O‑getics newsletters. He writes the script and presents a weekly live stream on Facebook. He has recently authored an apologetic booklet, “Without Excuse: The Evidence for God,” and a practical evangelism training booklet, “A 3:15 Response: Fulfilling Jesus’ Heart.” Don also averages three in-person small groups per week on Bible topics, apologetic discoveries, and prayer times.
