Coldwell Banker® advertised a house in Boston as an “adorable tiny studio home… featuring a completely open living space.”
It turned out to be a 251-square-foot home (slightly larger than the average parking space) which they successfully sold for $351,000. Smaller is not necessarily cheaper!
